NEFBA APPRENTICESHIP DETAILS & BENEFITS

The NEFBA Apprenticeship Program helps hard-working individuals in the construction workforce gain valuable knowledge and expertise to help them advance their careers in the trade of their choice. We provide our apprentices the opportunity to work alongside the best-skilled industry professionals in on-site, real-world situations. The only out-of-pocket expenses for the apprenticeship are for books, required polo shirt for classes, and testing fees all ranging from only $150-$175 each year.

In addition to performing valuable day-to-day jobs, apprentices will also receive leading classroom instruction from professionally licensed and certified instructors in the industry. Throughout the entire 4-year program, students will have the opportunity to make money through on-the-job training, receive career counseling, and be assisted with free job placement.
