With a rich, nearly 50-year history of graduating more than 2,000 apprentices in the skilled trades, the NEFBA Apprenticeship program has been a catalyst in kickstarting many successful careers for talented individuals in the northeast Florida area. The culture of the NEFBA Apprenticeship community is built on a foundation of giving back to the community through mentorship and leadership. This article will highlight some of the program graduates who used apprenticeship to launch them to leadership.
